When I first met with the team at Lift Off, my daughter was newly diagnosed on the spectrum. She has ASD, SPD, GDD and ADHD. The smallest tasks seemed so far away. Sitting at a table to eat, eating from her own plate, responding to her own name, requesting her needs i.e, a drink, to eat, a snack. She couldn’t do any of those things, none of them.
Everything seemed so hard and far from her grasp. After only the first few months, she was doing everything, everything I thought she could never do. It’s amazing to watch. I trust the team and their direction, I don’t even question it, because I know how much they loves their clients and how much they love to see them thrive.
Voula and the Lift Off Early Intervention Team have been a part of our journey from the very beginning when my son was first diagnosed with ASD and GDD. Over the last three years, it has been an absolute honour and privilege to collaborate with Voula and her team.
Amidst all the chaos and fear of covid and receiving life changing diagnoses for our son, my husband and I went searching for help and answers. When we came across Lift Off Early Intervention, we weren’t sure what to expect. We had heard a lot about speech therapy, occupational therapy and physiotherapy. However not many people could tell us about ESDM therapy. We met Voula and began our ESDM journey with her and have never looked back. It was truly the best decision we have ever made.

I have had the pleasure of working with many of the therapists over the course of the last three years. Voula, the founder of Lift Off Early Intervention, is a source of inspiration for everyone who strives to better the lives of ASD individuals and their families. Voula is hardworking and I’m extremely grateful for her dedication to providing the highest quality services and support for my son. No goal or challenge has ever been too hard for Voula. A lot of the growth and progress my son has made is due to Voula’s leadership, profound knowledge and dedication.
Our service is committed to collaborating with and empowering families by providing them with knowledge, resources, and support they need. We offer parent training, workshops, and support group to help families navigate the early intervention process.
Our son is always excited to go into a session with Voula and he always finishes his session with open arms and a smile from ear to ear. This truly make our hearts sing and my husband and I can always feel at ease knowing that he is in safe hands. Voula’s knowledge and experience of being a mother herself has been refreshing and comforting while we try to navigate our therapy journey with our son. Voula has always been transparent with us which is something we so highly value. We are so blessed to have Voula help our son kick goals!
